Not sure about the complaints in the other posts. I was in and out in about an hour, which is normal for any doctor. Staff was very courteous and professional. I received my authorization for a CT scan the same day. Excellent doctor and service

Seeing Dr. Yan was a huge relief after seeing other doctors for my condition. He listened carefully, took the time to explain possible issues, and didn't just give me a bunch of cure-all antibiotics, but tried to address my condition in other ways first.

He was good to talk to , but for simple hearing test he wants to me to go back and pay him again . NOT ACCEPTABLE. It is not my fault that they could not perform the hearing test on the same day.
i dont mind going there again but WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE CO PAY AGAIN. HAVE THEM CALL ME I WILL THEM ALSO. ALSO APPTT WAS 10:30 I WAS THERE BY 10:10. THE DOCTOR DID NOT SEE ME TILL 11:30 AM

Arrived at 2:17 (2 minutes late) Seen at 2:57 (my error forgot medical card and did not fill out online forms)
I was impressed with the waiting area. The baseboard was wood panel and looked clean and dust free. The chairs were soft leather easy on the back.
The receptionist was polite and helpful.
Dr. Yan was a very pleasant young man. He was very, very gentle inserting an instrument in my nostril for viewing. I discovered my right nasal opening is smaller than my left. He was thorough and explanation were in laymen's term. I made an appointment for follow up and allergy testing.

He's very down to earth. Not quick to just give you medicines, and listens to everything that's wrong. Tries all possible outcomes before resorting to drugs and exams.

The office staff is highly unprofessional. The bathroom for the office was filthy. The floor was covered in urine, there was no toilet paper or paper towels, and no one from the front desk would claim responsibility and fix the conditions when this was voiced them. Cleanliness is important in a health facility and I was shocked at the excuses and lack of response to clean up. Upon arrival, I was also told that the doctor was running behind. Will definitely not be returning. Horrible office and staff.

Couldn't get in with my regular ENT, so found Dr. Yan last minute on ZocDoc. His bedside manner was good, but he was not as thorough in the procedure as I would have liked -- by the end of the visit, my problem was not resolved. Later that week, my regular ENT was able to completely address the problem.

He was dismissive, wouldn't order imaging, and expressed no sympathy after I came in complaining about inability to breath following bad surgery. I realize there isn't much he could do, but he didn't order imaging or anything. I saw him because he lived close by and took my insurance but I'm grateful there were other doctors covered by my plan.
