We had our apt. scheduled with Dr. Chen, but someone else came in the room. He never gave us his name, so we had to ask the staff who he was. He never summed our visit up to let us know what to expect and never said good bye, just walked out without uttering a word.

The wait time was 1 hr and 30 minutes and it was not that busy. After all of that, I spent about 15 minutes with the doctor and nurse combined and they do not collect blood for routine bloodwork in the office so you are expected to make another appointment to have blood collected at one lab and then you are expected to make another appointment with Dr. Chen to go over the bloodwork. Three appointments for an annual checkup? I don't think so. That is not convenient for most working professionals.
Otherwise, Doctor Chen was very nice and personable as was his nurse. But that is not enough given the inconvenience of having to go to another location for bloodwork.
