What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
Ever since I was a little girl I have wanted to make a difference and positive impact in others lives. I have found the ability to connect with others through a passion of nursing as a healthcare provider.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Everyone is different and deserves individualized patient centered care to meet their needs mentally and physically. The role of a primary care provider is to focus on each individual and their needs to improve their quality and duration of life.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Not only am I a Family Nurse Practitioner, but I am a wife, mother, sister, and friend. I thrive on spending quality time with my loved ones and making memories together. I enjoy traveling, reading, and gardening in my spare time.
