You can always trust you'll receive the best treatment with Dr. Tsai. I live in Los Angeles and drive all the way out to Pomona just to see him, and it's worth it every time. I've been seeing him for almost six years now, and I'll continue doing so as long as I can.

Dr. Tsai is very polite. He is very knowledgeable. He will explain things to you openly and honestly in an way the you can understand. He will answer your questions with straight forward answers. Most other doctors I've interacted with, knowingly or unknowingly talk down to you. Dr. Tsai will treat you like an equal. We need more doctors like Dr. Tsai.

I noticed that my home door was left open while I was on my way to my appointment (I was five minutes away). I was going to be 30 minutes late. His office graciously agreed to see me. He was professional and friendly and I was able to get the blood work and urine done. Awesome.

This was my first visit with Dr. Tsai. I was recommended to his office by a friend and I left very pleased with my decision to add him as my PCP. I have some very complex medical issues and I was very relieved to find out that he had some knowledge of the illness that I'm dealing with and was able to add suggestions to enhance my current medication regime that has been assigned to me by my current specialists. As long as Dr. Tsai continues to practice in my area, I will continue to be his patient! I'd say that is one heck of a first impression

I LOVE Dr. Tsai! His staff is AMAZING as well. I've had issues finding a Dr I felt comfortable with and decided to go on this app and find a new one. He has amazing rating and they are well justified. I honestly wouldn't mind the drive to his office from home (high desert) but luckily work isn't to far so I can always try and schedule something around so I don't have to make such a drive.

I loved my experience! I live in the high desert and finding a good PD who I felt comfortable with was difficult ( not to many choices). I had found him on this app and his reviews were amazing everyone seemed to love him and they are right he is an amazing PD. Felt like I've been going with him for years and to say the truth I don't mind the drive down. His staff is amazing as well very patient and not rude at all. I love it and plan on staying with them for good!

Dr. Tsai is the best doctor I have ever been to (and I have seen a lot of doctors). He is patient and understanding, he answers all of your questions, and he makes you feel comfortable. He listens intently and is not arrogant like many doctors I have seen. His bedside manner is exceptional. He truly cares about his patients. After years of going through countless doctors and not liking my experience, I have finally found the right doctor.
