I have been to many chiropractors over the last 17 years and this practice definitely takes the cake. The wonderful ladies in the office and everyone you encounter during your visit is caring and delightful. Their kindness was comforting on a day when my physical pain was unbearable. Decent experience; I've always been a little skeptical of chiropractors, but he seemed to know his stuff and was able to assess my problem immediately. I was a tad sore after his initial adjustment but ended up being able to fix my problem as I was using the wrong type of office chair. Switched my chair out with another model and my hip pain was gone within a month. Doctor was no longer needed.

Bill is amazing First time I actually understand how the spine and neck works. He had patience with me. He is very kind, honest, comforting (even if it hurts) the staff the guy that helped super nice. Rest of the staff not so much I dont speak mexican and they did I felt like they were talking about me which is rude. But im over that just a notice to fix for staff. Thank you Bill Sheppard

Staff and doctors take time to answer questions. Massage staff is very knowledgeable and techniques very effective. They are very helpful regarding insurance questions or information needed. I feel much better with adjustment, massage and therapy.

When I first came in, I was in so much pain that it was unbearable. Dr. Sheppard was very compassionate, and listened to what I had to say. With his expertise, he was able to recommend the best treatment plan for me! I am now a firm believer of chiropractic care =)

Dr. Sheppard is compassionate and thorough. His staff is awesome and patient and kind. The team concept is very effective in treating many aspects of pain management. The DRX and DTS machines have probably kept me from surgery. He works with orthopedic surgeons and is highly respected in the medical community. There is a relaxed, positive atmosphere.
