The receptionist and assistant were awesome . I was seen right away. Once with the doctor was rushed and not given any real information or options. Luckily my oncologist advised me to go elsewhere and I was able to receive care in time

Worst receptionist/assistants. Dr. Cheung is alright during the checkup.. but as a patient, most of the time it's the assistants who will deal with the us before and after a consultation is done. The assistants are the ones who bring theDoctor's name at stake and unfortunately, this clinic got one of the worst. If you are working in a clinic, for a Hematologist at that, how on earth can you not know what HbA1c is. CBC only takes a day at most to process. Took me 5 days to get my results (and I called daily). Now this rude Jenny is yelling at me because she does not know what Hemoglobin is in the paper she's holding. I asked to speak to the manhattan clinic that Dr. Cheung is at the, moment so I can have him explain to me. She rudely said "Okay, 2-1-2..." then she dropped the phone. I called right back and said, the lady dropped the phone on me but didn't give me the number. The liar, yelled and said she gave me the number. We had an argument about who dropping what before she angrily gave me the number..yelling. I do not have time to come back in the afternoon because I have a flight going abroad, but I don't mind compromising my flight to go see who that rude woman is. I feel sorry for Dr. Cheung. His staff is ruining his relationship with his clientelle.

It was Sunday so were several people waiting as I came in. Seems like it's first come first served, nobody asked if I made an appointment. I came 10 min before my appointment and got out in an hour after myappointment time. My question was just to get prescription for UTI so it didn't take long, William is very nice, asked few questions, gave me prescription and we were done. Didn't notice that language barrier is significant there. Considering that English is not my native language as well we still were good.

Most irresponsible and unprofessional doctor's office I've ever seen. I took the 30-minute trip to this office 3 times – the first time, they hadn't received the lab results my PCP sent, so there was nothing the doctor could do forme without any lab results. So I rescheduled for the following week. The second time, the receptionist confirmed that they HAD received my lab results this time, but the doctor was out for an emergency, and he'd be back in hour, and there were other patients ahead of me, so I can wait or reschedule for tomorrow. (It struck me as lazy that no one from the office bothered to call and let me know that the doctor is out. Again, I'm commuting 30 minutes every time I come here.) So I rescheduled for the next day. There's a different receptionist this time, and she cannot find any info about me. Not the forms I pre-filled out for check in, which the previous receptionist had printed and showed me that she had, and she can't find my lab results, because apparently "they were unclear, so they never printed it, and I should have brought in a copy." I am frustrated with them beyond words. I will not be coming back here a 4th time.

Doctor was ok, nurse was friendly. Doctor seemed kind of rushed even though there was nobody else waiting in the office. I had a blood test and the receptionist told me to call back instead of scheduling an appointment. When icalled back a week later, she didnt explain anything very clearly. She said i should schedule an appointment with the doctor if i wanted more details about the blood test, which is what i intended to do the week earlier, but was told to call back instead. Luckily, i got a copy of the results and am still trying to decide if it is worth it to go back to this doctor.

Please dont go. Maybe the language barrier did it. But when he told me my ekg was "funny", asked me if had heart problems, in which I reply No, he then walks away. Umm, am I okay? Then no one calledme with results of my blood, in which i called and they didn't understand me. Then told me I needed another test, again when were you going to call me?!. I won't go back ever.

This Doctor did not display any kind of kindness towards me, he was like rushing what ever I have to say like to get me out of his office he even have the nerve to tell me to go back tomy previous hematologist for advise. The only thing he did good was changing my medication, other wise he was not compasionate at all.

The medical office is a bit shabby and needs to be remodeled badly. Also, there is a bit of a language barrier for English speaking patients, particularly with the female nurse and one of the front desk staff members.
