Our appointment was made for 315 , at 445 in a very crowded waiting room I asked how long it would still take , when she told us our appointment was at 415 in her computer . We were seen at 530!
Dr Cohen is Great , that's why I recommended him in the first place but the waiting time was unacceptable !The waiting room was so overcrowded that old people sat on the floor !

Having received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Microbiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Dr. Cohen then earned his Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from Midwestern University at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After completing his General Rotating Internship at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, he successfully fulfilled a year of General Surgery followed by a three-year combined residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery at Bicounty Community Hospital in Warren, Michigan.
In 1996, Dr. Cohen was selected as the Chief Surgical Resident of Bicounty Community Hospital, as well as being the Chief Resident of the Otolaryngology Department from 1995 to 1997. He was awarded "Best Paper" in 1997 for his work "Evaluation of Olfaction after Endoscopic Partial Middle Turbinectomy." Furthermore, Dr. Cohen has been published in various magazines on multiple topics in the field of nasal, sinus, and plastic surgery.

Understand unexpected events arise in medical offices that significantly effect patient wait time, so plan accordingly. I don't want to be treated like a number, so I'm happy to wait. I'm sadly used to dealing with doctors who always seem to have one foot out the door while quickly answering questions. Dr. Cohen was an absolute breath of fresh air.

Very personable. Took the time to sit and discuss my throat problem in a clear and meaningful manner and showed me a diagram of what my condition is. Did not rush the visit. He has a great personality. Highly recommend him. Have a followup visit in 2 weeks so we shall see if that is consistant. Only concern was the wait time took longer than expected.
