Appt was 8:30 am. I wasn’t seen until 9:40. Appointment went well. Staff was pleasant. “Check in” was being handed an iPad and filling in all the information. Took 1/2 hour. Older people around me were trying to figure it out. I felt bad for them. I helped two people around me. They need to give the option of paper and clipboard registration. I basically did the job of a medical check in person. It was a hassle. All that being said, Dr Feinstein was reallygood Dr!
