William D. King MD, JD is a caring compassionate physician who puts his patients first. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dr. King graduated with a degree in Cellular/Molecular Biology from California State University at Northridge. Dr. King obtained a dual degree in medicine and law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He completed an internal medicine residency at Harvard Medical school’s Cambridge Hospital, where he was Chief Resident. He returned to Los Angeles, to complete two fellowships at UCLA. He is known nationally and internationally for his work in HIV/AIDS and has received numerous awards. Dr. King is a progressive physician who wants to combine Western and Eastern Medicine with mental health services in order to maximize your health.

Very thorough!!! He cought a few thing other docs haven't. He was recommended to me by my oncologist and he is fabulous! His staff is fun and friendly, he is prompt and professional, and you will never feel that your health is not in good hands.

A wonderful experience. Dr. King is knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough. It's so hard to find a general practitioner who actually listens and doesn't try to hurry along. I struggle with Social Anxiety Disorder, but the staff were so friendly that my usual "fight or flight" response was subdued. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. I have already recommended Dr. King to my friends and family.

Dr. King is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a new primary care physician after moving to Los Angeles and have found one with Dr. King. His staff is friendly and I never had to wait very long. During my physical Dr. King was very thorough and I felt I was I good hands. 10/10 would recommend!

Besides the very extended wait time, I thought Dr. King was over all very pleasant and helpful. I will say his bed side manner is excellent. My visit was of mixed feelings because the wait time was not desirable especially when your anxious to find out whats going on with your health. But it was countered by his bed side manner. I over heard him going over meds with his previous patient. She was elderly and did not full understand the medicine prescribed so he took his time explaining them to her. I can appreciate a doctor who takes his time with his patients. that calmed my stress level. I knew if i had a question or concern I would get an answer.
