I scheduled a month in advance through this app and left notes of recent hospital stays but they did not get the info so did not get my records. I gave the front desk my user name and password to hospital portal so she could get my records.I was told when I made the appointment he blocked an hour time for new patients but I actually got 15-20 minutes. He was very kind and listened and ordered several tests. I’m hopeful.
