Dr. McGlathery was extremely unenthused when he walked in the room to see me. I just had my eyes dilated for the first time and had some questions. I told him that I work as a software engineer and that I stare at the computer all day. He then began to say how computers were just a "fad" and I'll be fine. Basically he said my career was a fad. Then he slumped out of the room without telling me to go to the front. Maybe he had an off day because he had good reviews on ZocDoc, but I won't be going back.

This was my first visit and I found staff professional and friendly.
I like dr mcglathery and felt my exam was thorough and very
reassuring. The only drawback was that the office was extreeeemly
busy and crowded so the wait was long, but not too bad since
patients were friendly too. I also appreciated the fact that dr
mcglathery took time to draft note to send to my primary doctor
who had expressed concerns re cataracts. Would definitely refer
someone to this doctor and his staff...

Dr. McGlathery was professional, thorough, and prompt. His technician was equally efficient and took time to answer several of my questions very thoroughly. The office staff was friendly, wait time short, and paperwork no worse than anywhere else. Good experience!

my life!! Very efficient and personable front office and technician, nurse.
Dr McGlathery was very thorough and patient. I loved his sense of humor.
He found the beginnings if a cataract. Although a very busy scedule, he performed the laser surgery right then. Most Dr.'s would have re-scheduled me for another appt.
I have had five opthamilogists in three different cities. He is at the top of my list!!!

This was my first visit and I was not told that my eyes would get dilated. Would have been nice to get a heads up from the front office. Other than that, it was a great experience. I like Dr McGlathery a lot. He had a no nonsense approach and a dry sense of humor that I appreciated. I will return.

I had a great experience. I was looking to get contacts but was unaware that this location didn't service for that. Dr. McGlathery referred me to a great place that does contact fitting and gave me the information to give to the specialist so I wouldn't have to have another exam and be out $100!

I'm sure Dr M is nice enough but never having met him, I was taken aback that when he walked in he didn't introduce himself and started making strange jokes. His 'bedside' manner is what I didn't like. He seemed medically competent.
