All of the staff at Seabert Eye Center were professional, pleasant, and helpful. The eye exam itself was very thorough and both Dr. Seabert and his assistant answered any questions I had with a friendly and patient demeanor. The fitting specialist (Keisha) is so friendly and helpful and extremely patient - never pressuring me to rush into a decision or settle for glasses I did not like. The receptionist is kind and welcoming. Great service - great people!

Nice doc. Compared to Visionworks it's pricey. My insurance changed and I couldn't go there so I tried Dr. Seabert. Nice place but not completely modernized like I would have hoped. 7-10 days for glasses when I received my pair within 2 hrs after my exam at Visionworks.

William Seabert was born in California in 1974. After graduating from Antelope Valley High School, he attended John Brown University graduating Summa Laude in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in biology. He then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2001 earning his doctorate in optometry. Dr. Seabert is licensed by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Texas Optometry Board, a member of the American Optometric Association and Texas Optometric Association and is certified as an optometric glaucoma specialist. Dr. Seabert practices full scope eye care for all ages and provides routine vision care, medical and emergency eye care, contact lens examinations, including continuous wear and bifocal contact lenses. He provides surgical evaluations and co-management for LASIK, cataract surgery, and other eye surgeries in cooperation with prominent local area surgeons.

Dr. Seabert is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is pretty much up to date with the latest technology and medications used for eye care. Staff is friendly. Wait time was minimal. I do have an eye condition, which he monitors.
Office is bright and very clean. I highly recommend Seabert Eye Care for annual eye exams.

As always Dr. Seabert was very personable and asked how the rest of the family was doing. He is very concerned on how my diabetes is affecting my eye health and asks questions about my personal health and uses the personal information to see how it relates to high blood pressure and my A1C to insure my diabetes is in control. In addition Dr. Seabert was very helpful in helping me to decide on whether to move to contacts or stay in glasses. He took the time to explain my options, based on my past diagnosis with astigmatism and what lenses would be available to try, the cost associated with each, and how he believed they would work to enhance my eyesight with all my conditions or not. This was extremely helpful and after discussing all the options I decided to stay with my glasses. In my opinion Dr. Seabert is one of those rare doctors that has an excellent rapore with his patients and is so knowledgeable in his field that you have no reservations in trusting him for your eye care.
