Serving the community of Hiram, GA., Dr. Thoms received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Penn. and his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his internship at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by his residency in radiation therapy at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
