Very personable and thorough. As a fellow health care professional, and someone working in the field of diabetes, I can tell you there are few who have the same expertise and knowledge as he. Combine that with a wonderful and friendly bedside manner, it will be hard if not impossible to find a better diabetes expert and healthcare provider. :)

Dr. Shi was absolutely fantastic.Very caring and thorough, I really appreciated how she spent the time to dive deeply into a conversation with me instead of the standard "Whats wrong?" and "This is what the lab results say..." Could not praise her anymore for her knowledge, bedside manner and careful diagnosis. That being said, I had to wait a little over an hour to see her. Dr. Shi was apologetic of the wait but, if an appointment is at 11 and the patient shows up 15 minutes before as requested, a one hour wait time is egregious.

Overall, front desk was friendly and Dr. Zigrang provided a thorough appointment and review of my condition.
Again, Dr. Shi is fantastic. I'm grateful to have been able to be cared by her.

I saw some review by a guy/gal about how rude the office was and how it was in and out and very unprofessional. However that was not my experience, like many others he was thorough, left no rock in turned, seemed like he wanted to help resolve my issues and seemed very knowledgeable. It was worth the drive to see him in my opinion.

Everyone in the office was very polite and very easy to talk to. The Dr. was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was also really nice and funny.

The office did not smell pleasant and they took me back 20 minutes late. All offices were full, so I sat in his personal office. The nurses didn't have my labs on file from Quest Diagnostics...I think there was miscommunication since I changed my last name. The admins called 3x to remind me of the appointment...I wish they would have asked me to bring all of my medical records. I provided all records at my previous appointments, but this time I expected they would have them on file. I felt rushed, barely got through all of my symptoms. I told the Dr. that the medication he prescribed previously made me dizzy and I didn't want to take it since the drug was not intended to treat what I have, it's just a benefit of the side effects. I also asked if I can take one bottle and be done, but he said the symptoms will reside if I stop taking the prescription. I'm looking for preventative medicine, and don't want to be on the prescription for good. They did not provide a scalable health solution for me. I also had a very poor experience with the OBGYN NP previously.
Very good.

Dr. Zigrang was great. Very personable and knowledgable. I brought all of my old labs with me and he took the time to review each packet in detail. He also spent about 45 min asking about my symptoms and family history to solve the issue. In addition to that, he explained what he thinks the problem is and gave an in-depth history of how these hormonal issues develop in women of my ethnic background. Before diagnosis, I've been asked to take more blood tests (seems more than necessary), but I appreciate him going a level deeper than any other doctor I've seen. I will visit him again after my labs are complete and I look forward to my next visit so we can resolve my symptoms. (I also look forward to the smart and witty banter.) I recommend him!
He was funny, yet knowledgeable. Easy going but thorough. He's the kind of man you'd invite over for a barbecue but you'd also invite him to take care of you and your family.

Very good as usual.
I am more satisfied when I see the doctor.
