Seriously very lucky to have found a facility so organized and one that cares about digging to get to the bottom of the cause of your pain. I’ve been going here for one year and let me tell you, I always walk out feeling like a brand new person!

For therapy, I was usually in and out without having to wait too long. However, to see the doc, I did have to wait a while. They did offer to do therapy so I would not have to wait too long. I find the doctor a bit rude or not helpful at times. Everyone else was great. I would ask him questions and he would sometimes keep doing whatever he was doing on his computer. His answers were often vague and did not help me with what I was going through which was frustrating and made me not want to ask more questions that would remain unanswered or brushed off. One time I went late and they took me but rushed me out really fast (half the time for therapy). I would have like if they warned me or if they turned me away instead of wasting an appointment for something so quick. I even left my phone charger there because I was being rushed and could not check under the bed for my stuff. Overall I have had a decent experience.

Doctor questioned me for a minute then spent the next five minutes on his computer and then sent me to "physical therapy." The waiting room was like a zoo. I saw and watched patients try to re-arrange medical records placed on the door to move their own files to the front to speed up their own appointment to see the doctor.

1. Only cash or checks accepted.
2. The receptionist told me my insurance was not accepted; then, after about 20 minutes of arguing, she then said it was, and proceeded to charge me twice.

Very knowledgeable doctor, diagnosed me very quickly and provided me with the correct direction to continue treatment. Waiting to see the doctor took a while mostly due to insurance complications, and he directed me to an equally knowledgeable physical therapy team that is in the building.

Dr. Zhang was very professional. All his assistants are there to help you in any question you might have. He examining me, and told me what was my problem. He applied some acupuncture on my ears, and I'm started to feel much better. Thank you!

Front desk staff was not very helpful nor friendly. I was told the doctor was running late. He finally arrived after nearly 40 minutes, and when I sat in his office it took 5 minutes of him clicking around on his computer to finally break the silence and say "Give me a minute". I don't think he made eye contact with me the entire time I was in his office (about 20 minutes). After asking a few questions, he told me what he thought was wrong in very few words. I had to go out of my way to ask a ton of questions to get a better understanding of what was going on and what he meant. Definitely do not recommend.

I only waited about 10 minutes or so from my scheduled appointment time, not bad. He was very thorough with my knee, took his time to make sure it was the problem, and then explained the possible issue and worst case scenario. Very calm, educated me on what I can and cannot do with my knee in the mean time, and explained the importance of the medication he prescribed for the pain and internal swelling.
We will see what the results are over the next few weeks, but so far I like the care I was shown and given.

Everything was very good. Reception received me with respect and was helpful to retrieve my missing documents from my pain mgmt specialist. I appreciated the time the doctor spent reading the MRI report and explaining the results, his understanding of my pain, saving me explanation was great. Your physical therapists knowledge of my muscular and nerve issues was thorough and the massage therapist was strong and comfortable. I only wish your office was closer to home. Thank you for your care.

Profesional in all aspects. From his experience and knoledgeof Physiatry and Pian Management. He.seems like a man than its up to date on what happening in medice, specially in his fieldsof specialty. I must admit ive put him twice to the test, and his response was 110%on the spot and then some. A true believer in alternatives forms of Pain management without the use of medications. Dr Zhang is not a pill pusher. He practices electrodiagnosis,,acupunture,.massages and herbal medicines. promotes a heathy nutritional lifestyly. His staff are all professionals on their own right from the receptionists, secretaries, to the staff at Physical Rehab. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfy.Hes fast and his staff are all in sync, very well coordinated. His diagnosis of my conditions have been acurate .If he knows that something is out of his expertise, DR Zhang will point you in the right direction on who to see, what specialist, tests ect..All his equipment is brand new.I highly reccomend Dr Zhangs practice for those of you that like me are looking for an alternative, modern and innovative way in dealing with pain. It has worked wonders for me. If you are serious and commited on feeling better and pain free without the same dull and old fashioned treatments of the past then Dr Xiaoliang Zhang,MD is the place for you.You wont regret it.

I marked down shoulder injection. Dr. Xiaoliang was polite but since my physical therapy time has been met this year. He refused to give me the steroid injection that I marked on Zocdoc for so I wondered why they took my appointment in the first place, which I made at an hour and a half before. I asked if I could get acupuncture treatments, but was told insurance might not cover it. I marked down shoulder injection. Dr. Xiaoliang was polite, but since my physical therapy time has been met this year. He refused to give me the steroid injection that I marked on Zocdoc. I asked if I could get acupuncture treatments again to no avail. The receptionist was courteous to me as I waited though.

This doctor is good, he knows what to do with my condition when he saw me. I just wish I could understand him more since there is a little languange barrier.
I came in and told the receptionist I booked it online in zocdoc.com. She said, "we don't have online booking". So I recommend calling the MD's office instead. We waited for about 45 minutes since we had booked 4pm through zocdoc. The doctor came in and saw a guy before me that came in after me w/c is really unfair but I let it go.
After the doctor saw me & I did therapy, the receptionist had no clue what next step I will do, if I didn't tell her that I need the x-ray order, she wouldn't know. In the middle of the discussion, a chinese lady came in & she totally speak chinese w/ her and totally forgot about me. So unprofessional. If not for her I will totally recommend the doctor. I don't want the same experience on my family or my friends. It is frustrating and stressful.

They confirm appointments when the doctor isn't in that office. He has two Queens locations. The first time I arrived for the receptionist to tell me he's in the other office. Luckily I had a car to get there. My first visit was fine all around. Today I went for a second visit. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Speaking in other languages about an insurance issue of mine was obvious. I'll never go there again. Constantly giving the run around. I advise everybody to steer clear if you don't wan a headache.
