I came to Dr. Chen with many different issues I wanted to address. Once I was able to give her a solid history of each issue and describe my symptoms, we went through them one by one. She helped me prioritize them and gave me very clear action items for each issue, including diagnostic tests, education resources, and referrals to the right specialists. She is an amazing listener, took her time, and never made me feel rushed, even though I was probably one of her last patients on a Friday. Highly highly recommend seeing her!

I was looking for an Internist on Zocdoc and came across Dr. Chen and I was impressed by the positive reviews but the waiting time to get an appointment is at least 2 months. I didn’t want to wait that long as I had a medical concern that needed immediate medical attention. Luckily, someone must have canceled because on my 4th visit to the website a slot was available for the following week. My appointment was 2:00 PM and at 2:04 I was led into the examination room. After an assistant took my vital signs and conducted the initial interview, Dr. Chen came and I was pleasantly surprised by her youthful appearance. She is thorough and pleasant and not intimidating but very professional. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Chen was truly a bright spot in my long journey to finding a PCP who truly listened to me and addressed all of my concerns with a clear plan and follow through steps. I have experienced many doctors not listening or rushing appointments and I never once felt unheard by Dr. Chen. I can’t even count the number of doctors I’ve seen to try to resolve some chronic issues who haven’t taken me seriously. I even cried during my appointment because I felt heard and cared for in a genuine way that I’ve never felt before. I highly recommend her and am relieved to finally find someone who can be a point person in directing my care.

It was a quick visit for my annual physical and after arriving at the primary care portion of Mt. Sinai I had to wait less than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Chen was very thoughtful and attentive, and blood was drawn for tests right after I saw her -- saved me a lot of time from going to a separate lab. I will definitely stay with Dr. Chen for my upcoming physicals and annual visits.

Doctor Chen was wonderful! She listened to all of my questions and gave thorough and thoughtful answers. She took the time to review recent bloodwork results and help me understand what it all meant. I never felt rushed even though the office was very busy today. I was nervous about finding a new primary care doctor but she was an excellent choice. I would recommend her to anyone.
