Dr. Kaweblum has been a pediatrician since 1980. Together with his wife Yvette, he founded the Boca Del Mar Pediatric and Adolescent Center in 1989. As an active and involved parent, grandparent and member of the South Florida community, Dr. Kaweblum is dedicated not only to maintaining the health of his patients but to educating parents raising healthy, well behaved, nutritionally balanced and socially adapted children. We built a top of the line office keeping in mind our patients needs and well being. Each examining room has a TV set In order for patients to be able to continue watching the waiting room movie. We have a very well equipped emergency Room, with capabilities of managing and stabilizing Emergencies, lacerations and minor surgical procedures such as circumcisions, tongue clippings, Spinal taps, I.V.s etc. We have 2 waiting rooms separated by walls that are graciously decorated with hundreds of plastic movie and cartoon characters that children love. The office is equipped to perform a limited number of blood, urine, influenza and streptococcal tests abd with modern hearing & vision screening methods that allow us to test children as young as two years old.
