The doctor was great. I hope to have her as my doctor for a long time.
She didn’t listen to me ! She kept speaking over me and in the end if i didn’t go to a different doctor i could have gotten a huge infection if i didn’t get immediate surgery! She gave me acne cream ! One look at it from me NEW doctor and he told me something isn’t right !
This was my 3 month follow up appointment with her. In my previous appointment, I was told I was anemic and was tested to find out why. They called and told me everything was great. I was still concerned about why I was anemic. I left a voicemail asking about it and was never called back. At this appointment, I was told that I had an iron deficiency only after asking about the anemia. She asked me if a specialist I went to over 6 months ago prescribed an iron pill. I told her no and she said she was going to prescribe one. When I asked why she had not told me this at my appointment 3 months ago, she didn't give me a direct answer. I feel she is a great person, but I was not happy with the way I was treated during these first 2 appointments. The same system used to see that I had iron deficiency during this last appt was the same information that was available during our first appointment. I feel I should have been told about this months ago. To her credit, I received a nice card for the holiday season.
Very friendly and helpful.
Thorough and informative - very enlightening.
Very personable!!! The staff was very nice & friendly. So happy to have found Dr. Sun.
She was amazing
Excelente,muy profesional .
She ask great questions & seems very concerned about her patients. I like that I chose her to be my primary physician.
Delay in being seen was due to my insurance company sending out new cards (and I didn't have mine yet) - they were ready to see me right away. Office staff was excellent in helping sort this out. Everyone was very friendly. Have already recommended Dr. Sun to multiple coworkers.
It was good no complaints
Dr.Sun was pleasant and very nice! She was also very attentive to my questions and my past health history. I believe, on my first try, thanks to ZocDoc I have found my new Primary Care Physician!
First visit and she was very pleasant! No wait time, very attentive unlike other doctors I seen and just a very good experience!
The wait and entire process was very quick. She told me the information I needed to know in a caring professional way. I just chanced physicians and I made a great choice.
