It was my first time meeting her and I though she was caring to the point of why I was there for and so much better than the last doctor i had been seen who sent me to the ER every time I called the office it was same old news someone telling me there's no time and go to the ER

Dr. Urman was great. She was very kind and attentive. She listened to all my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in my care. The only thing that I had a problem with was the attitudes of the staff and that includes receptionists as well as medical assistants. Out of all only ONE medical assistant gave me a pleasant experience. I had requested a female for a specific exam and the only other female assistant available made a huge fit about my request. I found that very rude and unprofessional on her part.

One of the best doctor's visits. I've ever had. She say and talked with me - none of the 7 minutes total interaction and out that you get with most doctors these days. Super informative, considerate of my concerns, and conscious of getting me the best medical care in the simplest, most efficient, and most cost-effective manner.
