Dr Acosta was great, she answered all my questions, and most important she made me feel comfortable ,she took her time and wasn't rushing. The only bad thing was the waiting time especially since it was my first time there but I think I will wait for her again.

First they lost the paperwork that took 20 min to fill out, so I had to redo it. Then it took 40 min to see the doctor. I was coming in for an annual exam and had gotten sice since I had made the appointment, but she refused to do both a preventative and an illness exam at the same time. Then I asked for a refill of a previous medicine I was taking but she refused to refill it or offer a substitute she was comfortable prescribing. That would take a third appointment. I saw her for less than 10 min but was in the office for over an hour. Will be looking for a new doctor.
