From the moment I walked in, the experience was amazing. I came in for my annual visit, but left feeling genuinely cared for. Dr. Catanedo and her team went above and beyond for my health. They even accept walk-ins—my wife came with me and was seen right away!

Appoiment was confirmed, in theory.
I arrived and I was told they doc is not there that day.
The explanation they offered is that Zocdoc is not integrated with their system.
Result: drove through traffic to go to a confirmed appointment.
I asked abou the next day and they said the doc would not be there either.
Meanwhile, in zocdoc the doctor appeared to have slots for that date, which they confirmed she would not be there either.

Loved my visit with Doctor Yeisel , she was very kind attentive and the office was great in assisting me as it was my first time . Would 100 % recommend as I was very nervous looking for a great doctor in my area and was thankfully able to find her !

My experience was positive but different from what I expected.
The Zocdoc suite number is incorrect - the office is 306, not 305. That did cause some confusion upon my arrival.
Despite being an older building, the office itself is modern, clean and comfortable. The first visit is a urine sample and blood draw. A follow-up appointment is made to review the lab work with the doctor. A nurse drew my blood and I provided my sample today — not exactly what I was expecting, but I’m glad to have found a provider that is so thorough. Looking forward to my next appointment where we can discuss my results and complete the full exam.

I was a new patient today at Sunshine Medical looking to establish a great relationship and reliable care with a PCP. Dr. Castanedo was incredibly thorough and took the time to ask and talk through each of my concerns and medical history. She was personable and easy to share with. I really valued her considerations, validation, and attention to make quick follow ups and referrals for continued treatment.
The office was beautiful and clean. Each of the technicians and assistants that I worked with were professional and equally kind. I look forward to working with Dr. Castanedo's practice going forward!

My daughter has been sick for couple of days and I visited another Doctor 2 days ago. As she was not feeling better, I made an appointment on 1 January at 12 45. That was the only available paediatrician on that day. I drove 20 miles with my sick child from Miami Midtown to find out that the office is closed. This is very unprofessional and I am highly disappointed. We lost 1,5h time to find out that there is anyone working today.
