Only went in for an initial consult, but very happy so far. Dr. Zubatov seems very thorough and communicative. She went over the mechanisms of and treatment options for my condition, without having to be asked to do so, to make sure I understood what was happening. She also messaged me the next morning, immediately after my first lab results came in, to review plans for the future. Very satisfied at this point.

I was running a few minutes late to this appointment and called ahead to let the office know. After the nightmare of finding parking, I then faced the nightmare of finding the suite. The suite is not clearly marked with the number listed on the directory in the lobby or with the doctor's name.
Once I entered the office the staff greeted me rather unpleasantly since I had arrived late. They were able to fit me in, as the following appointment wasn't able to make it. The office staff then proceed to talk poorly about the patient that cancelled for not following proper procedure.
The male nurse that escorted me to the examine room and took my vitals was nothing less than pleasant.
Once the doctor came in, she reviewed the lengthy pre-visit paperwork I had filled out. I had clearly outlined my concerns (weight gain, skin discoloration, and migraines) and the reason for my visit. She was only interested in addressing the weight gain and started a speech. When I tried to interject with questions and other concerns, she quickly shut me down and asked that I wait until she finished her spiel. She gave me a food diary and a nutritionist recommendation. She also prescribed me a medication based on zero labs or conversation before sending someone in for blood work.
I left before someone came to do blood work, as I was not going to allow someone to poke me with needles since I felt as though I was being punished the entire time.
I'm sure Dr. Zubatov is a great doctor, but not for me. I like to be heard and understood by my healthcare providers.

Do you want a caring, knowledgeable, and professional doctor? If you do, schedule with someone else.
I have to say that throughout the time I have been seeing her, I have come no closer to understanding or making any headway with my situation.
A doctor should exhibit a zest for helping his/her patients. This doctor exhibits the opposite. She seems pained to be doing her work. When it comes to one's health, the last thing one needs is a hostile caregiver. I can't think of a single time I felt she cared or put effort towards my care.
I found myself having to do medical research on my own because I was getting no answers in the office. No one should submit themselves to subpar care.
