I will be going back to see Dr. Jiang! She listened to all of my health concerns and gave me several options for what we could do to try to make things better. I got a pap smear, which is never fun for anyone, but she talked me through it and explained what she was going to do before she did it. It was the first time I felt comfortable during one of those (or as comfortable as one can feel during a pap smear).

Very clearly listened to all of my concerns I wanted raised and came up with a game plan for each. Very genuine and was clear when she was out of her area of expertise and gave me referrals or general advice and areas to look for further care. Doctor is very friendly, admitted to not fully understanding my particular medical condition however she was able to conduct the resources I needed to properly provide me. Although the receptionist was on a personal call, seemingly, she gave me the attention I needed and didn't slack on anything. The assistant to the doctor was friendly and provided decent small talk, making it feel less stale and boring. The doctor was kind, poignant, and very understanding. Their MyChart is very open, including optional choices I'd preferred name, gender, and religion.

Dr. Jiang was amazing! When I say amazing yes the staff and her went above and beyond! I was embarrassed to bring up certain problems I have medically and she addressed not one but all my problems with precision and accuracy she even was remembering what I told her at the beginning of appointment with all my other concerns as well. She made me feel human and the staff and her was wonderful we need more doctors like her that listen and just tackle the issues.
