Dr. Liu prides herself in providing high quality patient care in a compassionate and comprehensive manner. She is well respected by her patients for her professionalism, caring bedside manner and in-depth medical knowledge. Specialized in Internal Medicine, Dr. Liu has keen knowledge and skills of diagnosing rare medical conditions and managing the most complex chronic diseases that a patient may bring at the same time.
She is also a strong advocate fordisease prevention and health maintenance. With her background in Nutrition, she has strong interest and knowledge in weight management, prevention of cardiovascular disease, prevention of diabetes and nutritional counseling?
Dr. Liu has dedicated her career to caring for others health since graduating from medical school summa cum laude in 1994. She also received a PhD degree in Nutrition from Iowa State University, where she focused her studies on cancer prevention and nutritional modifications for disease prevention and intervention.
Dr. Liu completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at acclaimed UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. She was appointed as assistant professor after graduation and had practiced as staff primary care physician for many years at UT Southwestern Medical Center before starting her own practice in Plano.
She is a member of Texas Medical Association, American College of Physicians, Texas Chinese Physicians Association and Dallas County Medical Society.
Dr. Liu resides in Plano with her husband and their two children. On her free time, she is an active participant in children ministry at her local church. She enjoys travelling, meeting new people, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Over the past 40+ years I have seen many medical providers (having been in the military) and Dr. Liu and her entire staff are nothing less than professional and personable. I would not change from her being my pcm for anything

I truly think Dr. Liu is a very competent doctor. Her staff is beyond charming. They truly understand what patient care is all about. When I walk through the door I am always greeted with smiling faces. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Liu's since the day her clinic has opened. I honestly believe her staff is now at it's highest performance level that has ever been.
