Dr. Chen and his staff are first class all the way. He is very caring, knowledgable,and understand of all issues. His willingness to help in any way is what sets him a notch above all the rest. Per his staff, very polite and prompt on all calls and messages. Great facility and provider all the way around.

I went to him seeking help for my heroin addiction. It was extremely difficult for me to ask for help, and when I finally got up the courage to do so the Dr. (who is a suboxone dr and has signs in the office about it, and makes you sign an agreement form for putting you on suboxone prior to you actually being seen) referred me to a comprehensive treatment center, that he isn't even sure takes my insurance, (I went to Dr. CHEN because I can not afford any of the many out of pocket suboxone programs), he told me that I have too many other issues so I need an individualized intensive approach. I have had recovery in the past, which I told him. I was clean for 2 and a half years, and was an active member of NA. I have been to 4 treatment centers throughout the years, I also informed him of that and the fact that none of them helped me to stay clean. I just need help with getting off of heroin and I was turned away. I asked him if I was supposed to continue shooting heroin until I died, since I don't have the ability to pay for any sort of help, that my insurance doesn't cover. He said nothing and walked out of the room, and I proceeded to cry. I don't know how much longer I will even be alive and all of the people I ask for help turn me down. If you guys have any other suggestions I would love to hear them. I can't continue using and I don't have the means to pay for anything out of pocket. Are there any other suboxone drs on ZocDoc that take Buckeye? I think that ZocDoc was a great help and very easy to use. I received an amazon gift card because the drs office canceled my first appointment. I will continue to use this service and would recommend it.

Office staff is always super friendly and willing to schedule late appointments. Dr. Chen takes his time and is always thorough with all issues. Very caring office!!

Stacy is always a fresh attitude. She is very professional & great to come and see. She always goes out of her way to help she is great. Dr. Chen is the best Dr. I've ever seen. He always listens and keeps up with all my shots and medical needs. I would recommend him to anyone.
