Seriously from the minute you walk in until you leave you fill like you are the only one there because they give you their full attention.
They are there for you not to just run you in and out they are there to help you in anyway they can.

In 2000, Dr. Kayyas opened Texas Allergy and Breathing Centers formerly known as DFW Asthma & Lung Consultants, where he has dedicated the past 15 years to making the lives of North Texans better through allergy and immunotherapy treatments.
Dr. Kayyas completed his Internal medicine residency in Englewood, NJ and his Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Fellowships in Little Rock AR. Dr. Kayyas is married with 2 children and enjoys spending his free time reading or with his family.

The office staff had a misunderstanding with my insurance company and instead of calling them like she ended up doing, she asked me to verbally agree to be responsible for the charges if my insurance company didn't pay. Of course I would never agree to it and I did not as I pay my insurance premium every month and by law the insurance company must pay and the doctor must eat any disallowed amounts. I don't know if she didn't realize what she was asking me or not, but all she had to do is call my insurance company like she ended up doing anyway.

Dr. Kayyas has incompetent staff members. Allergy testing was lost, had to be redone which was painful, physically and mentally. Something seems to go wrong everytime I go. I. E. Billing, missing paperwork, etc. On the plus side, Dr. Kayyas tries to remedy problems and the sleep study technician is very professional and does a great job. If it wasn't for his staff, I would have given a better review.
