About Ytta Dresdner
Ytta Dresdner is a certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She earned both her Bachelor's degree and Master of Science in Nutrition from Brooklyn College, completing a dietetic internship as part of her training. Experienced in both clinical and private practice settings, she is passionate about curating a personalized and supportive approach to enhance overall health. At Nutrition4Life in New York, NY, she utilizes evidence-based strategies to treat numerous medical conditions and support disease prevention, in addition to weight management. Ytta uses her extensive knowledge of medical nutrition therapy to empower patients through individualized nutrition counseling, focusing on behavior and lifestyle modifications that promote long-term success. She builds lasting relationships with her patients to help them achieve personal goals and develop a better relationship with food.
