It was the end of the day 6pm and I was running 10-15 mins behind so not sure if that had anything to do with it, but I thought the doctor could have been more patient in the time taken to explain anything.
His female assistant didn’t seem competent or was very new. Considering it was a sesamoid fracture a little more empathy, patience and consideration would have been nice.
Also the casting was not great. I had to go in the next day to get it redone

Dr. Chi is very knowledgeable and honest. He did not try to sell surgery on me, as many doctors have in the past. I highly recommend him.
His staff seems a little tense... I don't think I saw a single smile from the staff the whole time I was there. But he is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Chi is wonderful and caring. He made me as comfortable as possible during a very difficult procedure. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.

I'm shocked how caring, kind, compassionate, gentle, understanding, professional, and down to earth Dr. Terence Chi is! I've had the unfortunate circumstance having to deal with horrible dentist and doctors thru this app. But Dr. Chi was def amongst the best I have seen ever!
He broke down scientifically and in layman's term what was medically occurring with my foot wart. When I brought to his attention that I believed my wart was causing nerves issues in the whole right side of my body, he immediately told me that it is out of the ordinary for a nerve issue to occur from a foot wart and professionally referred me to a neurologist. I love a doctor who is humble to admit when something is out of his scope of practice. I went to the neurologist that was right below his practice and they were just as friendly and caring. He was even fun to chat with about outside stuff!
The office was clean, spotless, and the front desk staff were the kindest and professional staff/ nurse assistant I have ever met!
This whole office and doctor gets an A++++ in my book and would happily refer them to anyone!

Dr Yu-Ching is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional podiatrist. He treated me and explained everything about the condition of my feet, various factors that affect my feet, and next possible steps/solutions I can consider regarding foot care. It was delightful and informative to have an appointment with him. I will surely return for another appointment.
