As a primary care doctor, I am able to help my patients navigate through all stages of their life and medical diagnoses. Being able to share my love of medicine and preventative care with my patients is what keeps fuel in my tank and gives me purpose.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care doctor should be a person you trust and rely on to help you navigate your physical and mental health needs. They should combine their medical expertise and ability to coordinate a comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment team to best help the patient with evidence-based and patient-centered treatment plans.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy exploring mother nature through hiking and traveling. In my spare time, I like indoor bouldering and experimenting with new recipes.
