DR. FEnglish did that and more. It only took one appoinment to get it right unlike the other the diabetes office that didn't know what the right hand and left was doing.
She will the doctor that I go to as long as she is in practice. And if she moves to any area within the five boroughs Nassau or suffolk. Please rest assure I will follow. So book this doctor I confidence, she will not only get it right the first time but I am confident she will get it right 99% of the time.

If you are here for thyroid (especially hypothyroid) treatment, I wouldn't recommend seeing her. She lowered my dosage when I had a "high TSH" level. She also, as you probably guessed, only checks TSH levels. My first visit to her, she only got an ultrasound of my thyroid and didn't even try to get my previous records from my other endocrinologist. After the ultrasound she told me I have an inactive thyroid basically telling me something I had already known for over 15 years and I had already told her all of this. I had to change my endocrinologist to her because I could no longer see my previous one. FYI, if you are a patient taking birth control, it's also important that the doctor knows it's possible effects. She disregarded my concerns with depression, I didn't feel informed at all about my symptoms. I wasn't being cared for. Go somewhere else.

Dr Feng was very good knowledgeable, however, begin a type 1 diabetic, I am used to my doctor monitoring the logs for CGM and finger stick monitor. She dint seem to care about it. She also was not very aware of the latest technologies (pumps, CGM, etc.). Again, it is not a negative, but I think I expected more from my doc.

If you want things sugar coated.. avoid! If you want a "friend" like doctor, definitely find someone else. But she seems to know what she's doing, despite it being clear that she doesn't think anyone else knows what they are doing.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I waited over an hour for a 10 minute talk where she basically told me they can't do anything, without even asking me detailed questions first or ever. Her staff is terrible. One of them was totally confused and only took me in to check blood pressure etc when I asked her how much longer I had to wait and she realized then that she should be doing this. The other one only kept asking me for the co-payment, even before I'd seen the doctor. In fact, right when the doctor was finally about to walk into the appointment. Her manner was polite but totally unhelpful, and not comforting at all. Just made me more stressed to think that nothing can basically be done. I will hope another doctor doesn't agree with this diagnosis and am certainly never recommending this clinic.

I would highly recommend Dr. Feng, especially her engaging personality. She listens to your complaints and addresses the best way to treat them in a pleasant, straightforward manner. Dr. Feng was able to get my particular problem under control with a couple adjustments in medication and now it just requires ongoing monitoring. I like that she is realistic about the fact that I don't really need to see her more than twice a year (my prior doctor insisted on seeing me at least four times per year). She is also very responsive. I was prompted to leave this feedback because I just received a voicemail message from her with my test results, less than 24 hours after I had the test taken.

This was my first visit with Dr. Feng and I left feeling well taken take of, informed, and with a good treatment plan. Dr. Feng was personable, quick and professional; she answered my questions in easy to understand language. I was in and out very quickly, and that is perfect.

Love her!! She is very easy to talk too and makes the visit go by quick without ever making me feel like she's not listening to me. Her staff was very helpful and friendly. For the first time I am looking forward to my next visit. I am a diabetic and she made sure my medications were filled and that everything would be taken care of for the next 3 months. She also has a great sense of humor

She is awful. She has a short temper and never friendly. I don't understand people saying she is friendly. Last time she yelled at me and expressed her anger even though she is saying she is not angry so I told her that I will never visit her and she said OK. She didn't care about her patients and their conditions.

I went to consult my hair loss problem. She didn't even bother sending me to have blood tests. I have to request her prescribe me for b6,b12, iron, vitamins D etc. Tests. She said I have female pattern hair loss and she saw this type of patients everyday. There is no treatment. I "look" healthy and my teats should be okay. She said I should change to use Chinese shampoo and Chinese med for hair loss. I really feel as a professional doctor, she should try to find out the problem for the patient before making any judgment. It is the worst experience with a MD.

I don't know how many times I heard her say, "What do you want me to do?" in an extremely condescending tone until I had to tell her that it was disrespectful and that I would be leaving. I was patient with her, explained some basic concerns I had after my sister had an endocrinologist identify hormone imbalances and deficiencies as a major source of her many health problems (specifically women's health problems), so to have a doctor interrupt me with this dismissive tone was appalling. What do I want you to do? I want you to listen to me, a respectful, paying, concerned patient, consider what I've said and its relation to endocrinology, then tell me what my options are. I could do without being made to feel like I am annoying you.

Dr. Feng was nice enough, but she offered very little guidance on my problem and essentially she was just a means to get blood test orders written. Additionally, I had to get blood drawn multiple times as somehow certain tests got left off the first time. When my results came back inconclusive her advice was almost non-existent or obvious to the point of being a little insulting. I would not return.
