I take on an integrative and functional approach (some call it "holistic"). For that I try to provide not only temporary relief of symptoms, but to treat “the whole person” by digging in to the roots of the malaise.
Often a time, such “detective” approach reveals underlying food sensitivities, toxic exposures, sleep deprivation, abnormal physical activity and even “toxic relationships”.
The “discoveries” might be striking, unexpected and sometimes enlightening.
Even conditions with apparent genetic or traumatic associations can be improved by guided changes in lifestyle, diet, nutritional-metabolic supplements and mind-body reconditioning.
My goal is to engage a patient into healing process with and beyond pharmaceutical treatments.
