I went to the office in Mesa, it is easy to find. The staff is courteous and efficient. The office is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. I had a short wait time before been seen.
Yva is very efficient. She asked me the right questions to get to know me and my prior care. She listened to me, and confirmed what I said so she understood. I felt very comfortable with the course of care that we put together.
I’m glad to have her as my new PCP.

I felt she was too perfunctory. I felt she didn’t address the problem I was having although I clearly stated my problem several times. In my mind she is the kind of listener who would ask you to describe the fork after telling her about the great dinner you just had.

Your patients are not children. We are adults and would appreciate being spoken to in that Manor. Be happy we came in, even though it may have been longer than we thought. Do not scold your patients.

Its def the worst medical experience, I have never felt so neglected as a patient , she didn't care, didn't say hello after I waited, refuse to give me a doctor's note, Came in for FMLA appt , her response was I cant do that today its 2 pages, the med nurse practitioner is the worst I have ever seen, unpleasant , unprofessional, rude , i just got the vibe that she didn't wanna work ..I have been in a patient of Stripes for many years and I have never been more disappointed
