I've unfortunately had a few all injuries and, therefore, PTs over the years, and Zach is right up there. A great balance of pushing me forwards. But also making recovery enjoyable and never something to fear. Zach also has firsthand experience of injuries, so can see things from both the PT and patient's perspective.

Dr. Zach Friedenreich, PT, DPT has experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports injuries. Zach was a NCAA Division I soccer player, and previously worked at the highly respected EXOS training and rehab center where he integrated performance training principles for the National Football League (NFL), collegiate and youth athletes, elite military personnel, and other fitness-minded individuals. Using an active and collaborative approach, Zach's goal is to develop comprehensive rehab programs that achieve fast, long-lasting results.

Zach is great physical therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a strong professional. Zach has been helping me recover from a torn Achilles 5 months ago and I have made significant progress based on Physio Rx program. Zach creates a positive and hard working environment that pushes me to strengthen my entire lower body. I look forward to a full recovery with Physio Rx.

Great! I saw Zach due to severe numbness and tingling in my arm due to a herniated disc, he took the time to assess my symptoms through manual manipulation and exercises to see which exacerbated my symptoms and he asked questions about my current work/life balance. He created specific therapy course while educating me on what/why he chose for it.

Zach is a fantastic PT. He listens to how you are feeling each visit and always has a plan of attack. What I appreciated most was his laughter and also challenging me to gain strength. I've honestly never felt more aware and strong.
