Michael was born and raised just outside of Columbus, Ohio, in Plain City. He graduated from the Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2021, and returned to Ohio State for graduate school, completing the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2024. Michael is passionate about helping those who are in pain, in need, or underserved. He spent significant time during undergrad and graduate school volunteering in positions to provide services to underserved populations locally and internationally, including several months with a humanitarian aid group in high-risk areas. Michael has a special interest in treating patients with neurological conditions and balance disorders; he loves seeing his patients progress and return to a higher quality of life, meeting their functional goals. With his undergraduate background in psychology, Michael loves connecting how the mind, emotions, and thought patterns impact his patient’s movement patterns, symptoms, and recovery. Michael’s hobbies include hiking, camping, kayaking, spending time with friends and family, disc golf, and woodworking.
