Staff member at the sig in desk was rude. She dropped my license and insurance card in front of me to pick up. I handed her my cards and expected the same manners in return.

Dr. Shook is a very compassionate doctor. He took the time to listen to my concerns. The nursing staff is exceptional also at Virginia Physicians.

Dr. Shook is a focused, caring & to the point physician. He is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of disease processes and works towards the best plan of care to better your health. His nurse Twinkle is instrumental in making his practice efficient, communicative and a great place to be a part of.
