From when I walked in I felt welcomed. I’ve had really bad experiences throughout AZ so Dr. Shah was a breath of fresh air. His receptionist was very friendly and his PA was genuinely concerned about my situation. Dr. Shah is down to earth and made me feel like I have a chance at getting healthy.

I chose to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shaw based on the positive reviews on ZocDoc and I was not disappointed. Dr. Shaw was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Even though this was my first visit with him, he was able to get an extremely accurate read on me and it was like he had known me for years. This made it so I didn't have to take a long time explaining myself and my concerns as he could already relate and know where I was coming from. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Shaw.

I have been trying to find a new doctor since mine retired many years ago. I finally feel as though I've found a new home. Dr. Shah is such a caring doctor and he spent more time with me than any doctor has for years. His concern was for me, not for getting to the next patient. He gave me my diagnosis and then spent time giving me a treatment plan. The thing that really shocked me is that he gave me his cell number so that I can call him on Saturday and Sunday to let him know how I'm doing. What a refreshing change from most of my doctors!!

This is my first dr. visit in a long time. (I hate going to the doctors but now that I'm older I need to take better care of myself) this was my first visit to establish care.. and I can tell you Dr. Shah and Kayla are the best.!. vey friendly..they make you feel comfortable and they listen and seem to really care and be concerned.. I have found my new PCP and I'm very happy!!!

I initially just went in for an ear infection, but Dr Shah sat down and started asking questions about my medical history and my overall well-being. Next thing I knew, I was getting help for all sorts of other health issues I have been neglecting, such as insomnia, weight gain, allergies and sinus issues! Dr. Shah ordered a full panel of tests, and is going to help me put together a plan moving forward. At the end of the visit, I felt like I had really been listened to, and I felt very hopeful for the future. P.S. I'm leaving an honest review at my own risk here... I hope that Dr. Shah doesn't become so popular that I have a hard time making appointments!

I just had my first visit at Tempe PrimaCare with Dr. Shah as my doctor. The whole experience was wonderful, especially considering my nervousness around medical places. I was seen within a couple minutes after finishing my paperwork, and the entire appointment was quick. Dr. Shah and the rest of the staff were all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah and look forward to my future visits.

I was sort of in crisis. Not ER-level, but close. I was able to book that afternoon, and they called me and said he wasn't in 'til morning. I said I'd come in and see the PA.
Dr. Shah will not admit this, but he dialed in remotely and saw that I was scheduled, remembered me, and knew this meant something was up. Then he made a trip in, just to see me, and gave me the best care imaginable.
This guy is a hero to me. The best doctor and one of the best people I've ever met.

Dr. Shah and his staff were very nice and the office was very clean. I was so happy that I went to this appointment I am going to come back and make this my primary doctors office. I will also be bringing my daughters for their primary care. Excellent bedside manner and very friendly!

Great appointment, but keep in mind that you will most likely be seeing PA Kayla Shelley, not Dr. Shah, if you schedule an appointment here. That's not a problem because Kayla is great, though!
Also, as a new patient, they did a general consultation on the first visit, asked me to come in another time to get a blood test, and lastly have me come in for a physical after the test results come back.

I was happy with my visit to Dr Shah's office. I had no wait and I felt heard and that they understood the reason I came to the office. I am doing a follow up physical in 7days
and had blood lab work the same visit which will help to find what is causing my symtoms of swelling of my hand and I am confident that next appointment and other appointments will go well.
