They didn't have the appointment from Zocdoc so when I got there they had to work me in which is why it took so long. However, the great news is, the doctor probably figured out what my issue was, which is a relief since other doctors couldn't figure it out! Keeping my fingers crossed that the healing process will work! Thank you Dr. Rashid!

She was not very friendly and her tone was very rude when explaining things to me. She wasnt really addressing my concerns instead speaking at me. When I asked her a question she questioned me like I was dumb for even asking it. I would not recommend going to her.

She is indifferent and doesn't really listen to the patient. I miss my old dermatologist (in another state), who was thorough, listened well, and gave great advice. He also didn't make me feel stupid, as I feel when I leave my appointments with Dr. Rashid.

Dr. Rashid is very personable and easy to talk to. She listens and her first priority is YOU. In addition to the issue that brought me there, we discussed general skin cleaning regiments and some skin concerns I wanted to discuss with my aesthetician. My appointment assured me that I had chosen the best dermatologist for my needs and would recommend her to anyone.

My daughter absolutely loved Dr. Rashid. She was amazing with her, very personable and professional. She made my daughter so comfortable and it's hard for a preteen to talk openly with any medical professional. I highly recommend her and her office. I love that we received step by step directions for all medications.

Very unimpressed with this office and Dr. Rashid. When I arrived, I was filling out paperwork while a nurse argued loudly with a pharmaceutical salesman. Very unprofessional. Then the nurse who led me to the room didn't inspire confidence--she hemmed and hawed about why I was there, and didn't know where the robes were or how I'd put one on. But the worst part was Dr. Rashid herself; I have very low tolerance for doctors who make me feel like an idiot, and that's what she did from minute one. She'd ask me a question, regard me condescendingly as I replied, and interrupt me in the end anyway. She blatantly scorned the homeopathic options I've been trying at home, and then gave me a pamphlet on moles because I'm "very moley." And then she looked at my acne scars and said, "Wow, a lot of acne scarring. What are you doing about that?" Um... Nothing. They're scars. Thanks for bringing them up.
Awful bedside manner, in a very unprofessional office. I won't be returning. But at least the wait wasn't long. ??
