Most relevant
I showed up for my appointment and waited outside for 15 minutes but no one answered. I was let in by a resident that lived in the building and then took the elevator for my appointment. But no one was behind the desk and I had to ask the cleaning lady to see if anyone was here. I could hear people in the back but no one showed up after 10 minutes.
