This was my first time visiting this doctor and this health network so I arrived 45 minutes early in order to find his office within the large hospital and complete initial registration paperwork. The office was very easy to find and I was immediately helped by the employee at the registration desk. She gave me all of the paperwork I needed and told me that a nurse practicioner would most likely call me back before I finished. She was correct! My appointment was at 4 pm but the nurse practicioner knew I had arrived early so she went ahead and called me back at 3:30. The staff was very helpful, professional and put me at ease. Dr. Xhu answered all of my questions and provided very valuable health advice in a way that was very easy to understand. I recommend this office to anybody seeking a general practice. I returned the next morning for blood labs and the lady that took my blood was an A+ professional. I've always experienced issues with not being able to hit the vein when drawing blood. It is such an issue that I have never been out of an office without the nurse attempting at least 3 times before hitting the mark. This nurse missed the first time but she took her time and made sure she had the right spot the second time and nailed it! I couldn't have expected a more positive experience and I plan to stay with this office for good.
