Explain things to you so that you can understand things. Talks to you to find out whats going on in your life. Always offer GOOD ADVICE. The entire staff are very polite and always have a kind word for me. Dr. Gondal always goes over reports she receive from
labs and explain each and every results. I like Dr. Gondal very much .

I thought her secretary was a bit abrasive. I didn't feel welcomed, nor was I greeted by ber secretary. They just looked at me as if hurry up and speak. Usually you're suppose to be greeted and be asked your name.
When I called before I got there the phone call with the secretary was pretty awful too. She made it clear I wasn't booked in her system, some mix up with ZocDoc and instead of her explaining to me where the office was and giving me any kind of directions, she just told me it's behind the hospital.
Mind you I've never been to this area before there were curved roads and multiple parking lots and other buildings around and behind the hospital.
Would I want to come back? Not really, unless they got a better clerk who was professional. Overall the doctor was fine, seemed a little uncertain at times, and very to the point. Not a lot of small talk and comfortability with her. Very straight forward. If you want to have a close relationship with your primary care doctor who you can become comfortable with to chit chat, I don't think she's the best fit for that.

Doctor Gondal has taken good care of me for years. She's AWESOME!! I LOVE HER! She calls in meds for me when sick and always comes through for me. I'm very fortunate to have found her! Best most compassionate caring doctor I ever had!
