Dr. Batacchi is the first endocrinologist I have had (with the exception of my pediatric endocrinologist who I haven't gone to in over 10 years) that I felt took the time to learn about my medical history and truly listened to what I had to say and how I feel about my health. I was diagnosed as a young child and always felt as though my endocrinologists treated me as someone who was newly diagnosed, which was incredibly frustrating. Since leaving the care of my pediatric endocrinologist, I probably switched doctors 5 or 6 times, always feeling disappointed with one thing or another. Dr. Batacchi was on time, kind, and helpful. I truly couldn't recommend her more strongly... I am very happy I found her!
