Dr Mendoza was so warm and friendly and knowledgeable. He made my son feel so at ease and comfortable with him. It was so nice to see a doctor who is not in a rush and listened. I wiud highly recommend him.

Worst Healthcare experience I ever had. Showed up for my scheduled appointment which was booked a week in advance. All prior tasks were completed. Pre-visit checklist, insurance cards and driver's license photos sent over. Text this morning confirming my appointment. Arrive to a all female hostile office stating the NP could not see me because she had other patients. I explained my confirmed appointment but that meant nothing to them. Multiple female employees came out, raising their voices, and cutting me off multiple times when I tried to speak. I honestly felt discriminated against being the only male in the office. Stay away from the Primary Care Physician, there are plenty of good ones in the area. Stay as far away from this practice as you can!!!

Do not book this office on zopdoc, they do not have a podologist as advertised and they do not check zocdoc, dont waste your team, every other review is the same, they should be removed from the platform to not waste people’s time. Office was unaware of my aplointment.

I didn’t get seen by this nurse practitioner and it’s not her fault it’s the offices. They were completely unaware of my appointment when I arrived. After giving my name a second time they said “Oh…. did you book online?” And I knew it was over. They went to a separate page in their system and saw my appointment through Zocdoc. They told me if I was going to be seen they would have called me to confirm, as if it’s My fault they didn’t look through the online bookings in their system ahead of time. I did confirm, just through Zocdoc which apparently doesn’t count. I told them I’ve never had this happen. I live in NYC so I rely on Zocdoc for all my appointments and use it several times a year. Apparently this has happened to the receptionist at her dentist so maybe it’s a FLA thing that you guys just don’t use it? I was turned away and AFTER I LEFT got a voicemail saying the doctor was booked and unable to see me… 15 minutes after my appt. Don’t have zocdoc if your office wont use it!!

I went for my appointment that I arranged through zocdoc. I was not seen because there wasn’t really an appointment available on the day/time stated online. Another gentleman behind me had the same situation. So I would never trust making an appointment through zocdoc again.
