DIRECT PRIMARY CARE DOC HERE (DPC Provider) (sometimes referred to as Concierge Medicine - but that's more like 20k a year and for celebrity people....I'm no celebrity, are you? :) ) - but unfortunately, no insurance is accepted with Amp Clinic - it is a cash based, monthly membership clinic - because your healthcare deserves more than 15 minute visits (where nationwide, a patient is actually with the doc for 6 mins on average....true statistic - and good luck if they actually do any physical exam or make eye contact and take eyes off the computer screen!) where the doc is trying to get all the required questions and data that your insurance company mandates so he can get reimbursed less and less, thus needing to see more patients an hour to make ends meet, resulting in worse and less thorough, comprehensive care for you - so basically, this just means almost no time to get a word in edgewise and relay how you ACTUALLY ARE to your doctor!
Take home: Your healthcare should NOT be dictated by insurance companies! American medicine is in crisis. It's finally becoming glaringly disturbing how the American healthcare system is a massive for profit venture where the odds are stacked against you, even if covered by the best insurance, and there are countless hurdles needing to surmount just to get the care your doctor states is medically necessary for you. It's a little bit of an oxymoron, the whole 'for-profit' medicine, right? Conflict of interest much? How can Americans trust providers and institutions that literally have opposing interests? While you want to get better and the best treatment possible (and when you're sick, cost is moot), whereas they want to make money off your care and illnesses. Where's the incentive to provide the best possible treatment and care?
DPC medicine is your healthcare on YOUR terms.
There are two ways Dr LaCross sees patients: pay fee for service (250 new patient, 150 follow ups), and monthly memberships which allots patients direct contact with Dr LaCross 24/7 (think of keeping a doctor on retainer, more or less) for medical concerns as well as includes discounts on consults, always available phone/telemedicine/video/in-person visits same or next day, and one visit a year that is comprehensive. Also provides direct purchasing discounts on labs from Quest and medications - savings you can only get from a doctor who's contracted to get the lower pricing (compared to Quest consumer pricing, for example: CBC from Quest --> $34, priced through Amp Clinic --> $7!)
Price ranges for DPC memberships from 125-300 a month, depending on age, health concerns/chronic conditions, and level of complexity and tier you pick (plan). Discuss with the physician during your intake visit so you can work out the best scenario/plan for your healthcare.
In addition, Dr LaCross offers visits for a multitude of in-demand services/procedures/topics including medical cannabis certifications, botox, fillers, PRP, facial peels, facial low power light therapy, shockwave therapy, trimix consultations, medically assisted weight loss, peptide/growth hormone/anti-aging treatments. Prices vary, but range from 200-300 for initial consultation and 150-200 for follow up depending on service.

UPDATE: FOR NEW PATIENTS; payment information must be provided prior to appointment. Too many people are not paying for provided consultations - that's unfair (and pretty mean/harsh/unethical etc) to someone just trying to start a business and pay the bills while providing the best care he is able to.

The care I received from Dr. LaCross was exceptional. At first, concierge medicine sounded like it was out of my price range or something for millionaires but it actually saved me money. By taking his time, listening attentively to my concerns, and focusing solely on my healthcare Dr. LaCross was able to diagnose my illness on my first appointment. This would have taken numerous visits and copays and missed work had I gone to a regular doctor’s office. I can’t emphasize enough how relieved I am knowing that my healthcare is now being cared for by somebody as knowledgeable and compassionate and as Dr. LaCross.

My appointments are swift in and out, hes the best doctor I’ve had since I was seeing pediatric doctors. He listens to your needs and problems with your health and makes suggestions for solutions.
