Congrong was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He took the time to explain the purpose behind every exercise, making sure I understood how each movement would help my recovery and overall strength.
What I appreciated most was that he didn't just give me a standard routine—he showed me several variations of each exercise so I could keep my workouts interesting and avoid getting bored. That personalized approach made it so much easier to stay motivated and consistent with my home exercises.
He always made sure my form was correct, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' progress and wants them to succeed.
The entire team is fantastic, and the level of care throughout the practice is outstanding. If you're looking for a physical therapist who is patient, skilled, and truly invested in helping you feel your best, I highly recommend him!
