I liked his receptionist/nurse/lab technician immediately; and the doctor himself showed my husband and me how to get to the office. The office is nicely decorated and well organized, and I liked the doctor’s caring manner! It was a memorable first visit, and I know I will enjoy having Dr. Olatunji as a PCP.

I have had trouble getting ahold of my Dr. He messed up on one of my prescriptions and it is impossible to get ahold of him. Pharmacy has tried, I have tried. Not the first time either. I don't know if I will use him again because of this.

I didnt find out until i met with the doctor that he does not prescribe the medication that i'm needing continued despite writing down the medication needed 3 times.
So I wasted the money and the time it took to visit.

Receptionist ruined the whole experience for me. Did not properly educate me on my benefits, scheduled a virtual visit as a new patient. Instead of explaining that insurance only covers virtual visit after initial physical visit is completed they told me my insurance does not cover it. HUGE difference, they’re not trained properly for customer care.

Once I entered, I was helped by Stephanie who helped verify my insurance and get me checked in.
No only did she handle front desk duties in a timely manner, but she was attentive and thorough when taking my vitals in triage to help give the provider a better understanding for my visit. Once Adebayo Olatunji, NP came in, he was friendly and attentive to my concerns and patiently listened to me talk. He took time to explain any labs he wanted done and why it would be beneficial. The whole experience was very pleasant.

I had to repeat a lot of the same information. I was asked to add and take pics of my insurance card then I received an email a day later asking me to add my insurance again. It’s pretty annoying when we live in technologically advanced world and we can’t figure out how to streamline the customer experience by entering data ONCE.
I did enjoy easily choosing a doctor who accepted my insurance and seeing their availability and distance was super helpful. I ended up choosing a telemedicine visit which was even better. Very happy with all of those options.

Have had a few chronic issues for years. Doctor O listened to me, empathizes, and ran tests that had not been mentioned by previous providers. Like me he wants to get to the root of the problem instead of just treating symptoms!
