I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Luo. She exudes compassion and attentively listened to my concerns, offering reassuring words. Surprisingly, I only had a brief 2-minute wait before being promptly called back by the medical assistant. I appreciated that Dr. Luo didn’t rush me, which is a common issue with other providers. Dr. Luo also thoroughly educated me about the various treatment options and actively involved me in discussing my treatment plan and my thoughts.

I went in today as a new patient and I am so impressed with this find! All the office staff was super friendly and efficient and I loved Dr. Lou! She was professional yet super easy to talk to and made me comfortable as soon as she walked through the door. She listened and processed everything I shared about my medical history, advising me well on how we should move forward with next steps in my self-care journey.
