Bloom Therapy & Wellness
So much of your life may have been spent pushing through... staying strong, holding everything together, and showing up for others even when you’re so overwhelmed inside. Over time, anxiety can start to feel louder, relationships more complicated, and old experiences may resurface in ways that feel unexpected or hard to carry alone. And beneath it all, there can be a quiet sense that something needs to shift... a desire for more grounding, clarity, and connection to yourself. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin learning new ways of coping... without having to put your entire life on hold.
I support young adults and new mothers/parents navigating anxiety, major life transitions, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and complex trauma, including pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage, loss. If you’ve been surviving by staying busy or disconnected, therapy offers a space to slow down, exhale, and reconnect with yourself compassionately.
