The empathy that Dr Harold Martin possesses as a Dr in today's very opposite medical culture is not only refreshing but makes the struggle of being a patient more bearable in the 1st place. He is an excellent listener, he is thorough. I use the video option with being almost 2hrs from a physical location and physically challenged to travel most days. Pretty certain Dr Martin knows me better as a human than any other dr I've had to encounter, I actually feel seen. I appreciate him and and his medical assistant Noe more than they both could ever imagine. They have both been instrumental at me finding hope again in living a quality life full of experience and love. Dr doing Dr things, it's a novel experience here!

I explained to him I was previously going to CMS for my suboxone subscription but that I was unable to continue with them because of my schedule at work, he proceeds to tell me he’s giving me a one month subscription but that he wants me to return to CMS. I had literally just explained to him that my work schedule prevented me from going to CMS, I wouldn’t be coming to him if I was able to continue with CMS.

Super quick and simple to set up an appointment online, sometimes even same day. The location is so easy to get in and out of. Always parking right out front. You walk into a small waiting room that you first smell their air fresheners that are so wonderful, making you forget you're in a Doctor's office. The staff always remembers you and they'll happily make small talk while you wait. Wait time is minimal compared to other offices. There is always something interesting on the TV too, under which is a fridge with mini waters for nice cold water that just hits the spot. You are then led to the room you'll be seen in after a quick intake. I get Dr. Harold Martin. He is an amazing listener. He makes sure you understand what he is going to do and answers all of your questions. If there is something wrong, he genuinely wants to help get you better. He is also pretty funny so that helps calm the anxiety of seeing a Doctor. A good experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

I thought Harold was very nice, I liked his voice, and he was kind and attentive to my issues. I felt like he spent a good amount of time with me. I had written down my questions and concerns and he made communication a lot easier on me by reading them himself and answering me so I didn't have to talk as much. The person that took my blood and did my EKG was also very nice and professional but I didn't catch his name.
