My experience was traditional and down to earth.Dr.Thornton has the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever been to.I felt as if I we're conversating with an old friend,about my health.She is not just a doctor,she's a lady and a scholar.Brilliant,outstanding and impeccable knowledge.I am definitely reccommending friends and family.

It could have been better. I was charged the day before my visit, which seems odd, i have never been charged before the visit date. i was never sent a link to the zoom or video call. I received a VM earlier that day asking that i call to talk about my appt. I work during those hours hence the reasoning for an evening visit. I don't feel it is professional to call someone the day of to chat about a visit and next steps. This could have easily been done the day/evening before and or the ACTUAL link and instructions shared prior to. Not sure how i am feeling quite yet on if i am going to stay with this provider, as of today I have yet to receive the email for me to go and take labs

She didn't listen. She didn't send in any med refills, even the non controlled she talked over me and didn't offer any help all she did was tell me how she could send me to a bunch of different people. What's the point of even making an appt when they rescheduled it multiple times, then didn't help at all. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her

Was supposed to send labs to be taken more than a week later, but still no order for labs. Wad supposed to be a telehealth video appr, was called over the phone and who knows whom I was actually speaking with. The provider was very unprofessional

It was my pleasure and good fortune to be seen by this outstanding practitioner, APRN Sheree Thornton.
Never before have I experienced a physician who was so organized and astute. This was literally, the first doctors appointment I have had that every issue I wanted to address was covered.
Dr. Thornton is in a class all her own.

I moved here, to Nevada, last minute. I haven't had any luck finding a doctor near us, plus we're at least 70 minutes, if not more from good clinics or any sort of a hospital and I needed my medical. she was ideal for my situation. Thank you,
