The doctor was very unprofessional and didn't show up for the Teleheath meeting she didn't call ahead to let me know she was not able to make the appointment she Just left me in limbo so I cancelled all three meetings with her

I highly recommend Dr. Gold. I have been seeing mental health providers in the last ten years, but I have never seen a provider who truly cares. I was just not a number. She changed my medication, and I feel more motivated and have more energy to enjoy my family. This provider is a yes, yes, and yes to anyone doubting and looking for a provider.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely TERRIBLE! Dr. Gold was super unprofessional and a terrible listener. Instead of listening to my needs, she rambled on. I’m so disappointed with my experience with her. I immediately knew within the first five minutes during my first appointment that I would not see her again. She disconnected in the middle of the session because she had technical difficulties & did not handle it in a professional manner. Also got charged for additional fees TWO MONTHS after this appointment. Ridiculous. Do not recommend at all. I will never book her or through Zocdoc again.

I will NEVER use your service again!! The whatever title she was was rude, poor listener, unhelpful and unfeeling. I have alot going on and she didn't want to listen. I was informed that she doesn't provide meds on first visit which was what I needed and why I waited for a week to talk to her. What a joke!! From the office staff who also didn't listen and tried to cancel my appointment when I asked if there was a sooner appointment because of my increase in depression, anxiety and ptsd symptoms he asked why I wanted to cancel. I then received an email with the wrong appointment time and wouldn't have received any reminders had I not called to check on my appointment. A total failure. The doctor told me that she wouldn't be able to help me and told me to go to the ER and get a shot?! Never ever again.

Its always hard when meeting with a new psychiatrist. Dr. Gold was great. No judgment, and I felt she really listened not only to what I was saying, but how I was saying things. It was only our first session but I felt comfortable and I felt like Dr. Gold was paying attention to me as a person, not just a patient.

I asked repeatedly if there would be charges, but then there's a fee that wasn't mentioned, and it appeared less than a day before the next appointment; and if that isn't enough, you'll have another fee if you cancel because of that. Spiteful & deceptive

After reading the last review, I took my chance to see this provider because she had great reviews. Dr. Gold is an intelligent mental health provider who truly cares about her patients. She is very detailed and took her time to go over my problem and treatment for my mental health. I have been seeing mental health providers in the last fifteen years and have never seen one like Dr. Gold. Dr. Gold listened to my concerns, and I was not rushed. The manner this woman handles herself is unprofessional given treating those who struggle with mental health. Not only has she been late to every one of my appointments, she called me unstable in the middle of treating me with new medication. This was highly triggering but fitting given this is why I’ve sought help. Dealing with healthcare professionals like these is not an easy task when an individual in my position is seeking help but to be triggered in the midst of this is highly unprofessional. Her front office and billing system is entirely broken. Her office threatened to cancel my appointments the night prior because THEY didn’t have my insurance submitted properly. Dr. Gold has the audacity to join our appointment 15 min late today to immediately discuss a bill I’m only now hearing was not covered by insurance. Never mind the purpose of this psychiatrist appt. After today and all of these incidents I’ve decided to terminate future services with her. DO NOT see this person.

Dr. Gold was amazing. I happened to be out of the state for our virtual appointment due to a vacation and she took me anyway. She was very kind and was able to help me get my prescription refilled.
